Please note any users who access student data via Moodle (e.g. Module Leaders, Teaching Assistants, External Examiners, Subject Librarians or ACOs) will need to request access via the IT Service Desk. Sign in to ServiceNow using your p-number and portal password. From ServiceNow you should select 'Requests - Make a Request' > IT Services Requests > Access to university information systems or from the Service Catalogue > IT Services & EFM - Make a request > IT Services Requests.
Note: The links on this page are also available on the Virtual Gateway for Staff and/or the Virtual Gateway for Students and via the Moodle Support menu option in Moodle. As of October 2017 the support links associated with Brookes Virtual Help on the Wiki will be superseded by more user-friendly resources accessible via the Virtual Gateway. From that point, all Brookes Wiki support pages associated with this hierarchy will become obsolete. Please update your Bookmarks accordingly.
