There will be two or three optional UK field trips in addition to the optional major field trip, which is likely to cost around £400-£500. The optional UK trips are likely to cost in the region of £70-£80 for overnight trips, and £20-£30 for day trips. For those who cannot attend the field trips, an equivalent programme of work, which can be carried out locally, will be provided.
In addition to field trip costs, recent graduates have suggested a sum of £400-£500 per year is required to cover materials and printing costs during the taught Diploma stage, and a further £100-£200 for the MA dissertation printing and binding.
