Library Services for Disabled Students

Library Services for Disabled Students

We welcome disabled students to the Brookes Library and try to meet their needs in using our services.

Information on using the library can be found on our library webpages and in our online library guides for disabled and dyslexic students (also available in  print).

Take a look at our disability-specific tips on using the library e.g. Where are good places to work?  When are the quiet times?

You may find it useful to explore the range of assistive software which can help you in your studies. Some of this is available on all pooled computers, while some is only available in the dedicated Assistive Technology Suites .

Please ask library staff for help.  They are aware of the needs of disabled and dyslexic students and will do their best to help.
